We're a little team of two. We aim to process, pack and ship orders within 1-3 working days. (We don't ship on weekends).

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Yoma. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for paying any customs or tax duties that you may incur once it arrives into your country, this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. If there is any damage to your order please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
